The fruity flavour, dominated by apple, blends pleasantly with a full, gentle bouquet of sweet pastry and dried fruit. Grape variety: Macabeo 40%, Xarel·lo 30%, Parellada 30% Alcohol content: 11.45% Serve at a temperature of 6-7°C. Ideal as an aperitif. It pairs well with fish and seafood (oysters, shrimp, caviar) and Spanish ham.
