Rafa Gorrotxategi
Rafa Gorrotxategi is the third generation of Basque confectioners of the Gorrotxategi family. Since childhood, she has been devoted to candy, gradually gaining experience in many practices and courses in Germany, France, and in Spain, where she has worked with the most famous chefs: Arzak, Berrasategui, Atxa, Subijana. In their 3 Michelin-starred restaurants, they can enjoy their confectionary creations such as Xax, etc. Rafa has been among the world's top confectioners for many years and enjoys many gourmets.
