Delicious white wine made from the Albariño variety by the Pazo de Señorans winery. Probably the best wine made from this variety. The grapes come from vineyards over 45 years of age, 300 meters above sea level and with poor sandy soil. They are grown on trelage so they are protected from soil moisture and leaves can receive a lot of sun rays. The climate is atlantic with mild temperatures and large amounts of precipitation. The crop is harvested manually, fermentation takes place in stainless tanks at 18 ° C and maceration. Maturation takes place for 30 months in stainless steel yeast dances and then for another 12 months in a bottle.

This delicious wine has greenish reflections, it is bright and shiny with a deep and complex flavor, consisting of tones of ripe apple and pecans, such as peaches.
