Spread goat cheese, Elvira García, 170 gr. This goat cheese is perfect for snacking alone or with some friends. It has a smooth and fruity flavor that we recommend accompanying with breadsticks or a little bread, and also with a cup of a good white wine.

Salty and manually beaten cheese. It have a yellow colour and its texture is soft and creamy with excellent solubility.  Clean and fruity flavor,  predominantly citrus,  lactic notes of yogurt and sweet cream. Its aroma is appetizing and tasty. We recommend to combinated it with wheat flour chunks and a good white wine.
