Amancio red wine comes from the traditional Sierra Cantabria winery, which has been producing the best wines for five generations. Amancia is produced using Tempranillo varieties grown on vineyards that are 20 to 35 years old. The manual selection of grapes is very strict - only 8% of the harvested grapes are used for production, which guarantees high quality. After initial maceration, subsequent fermentation and subsequent 21-day secondary maceration, the wine ages for 24 months in barrique barrels. It then matures in the bottle for another 4 months. This creates a unique wine with a complex aroma of ripe red fruit with mineral tones, a very distinctive taste rich in tannins.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 18 °C and with roast meat, beef and game. We recommend decanting before consumption.
