The wine reflects the mixture of soils in the Lanciego area, where clay-limestone erosion slopes and sandstone alternate. After opening, you can feel vegetal notes in the wine, which gradually turn into an aroma of red fruit, complemented by refreshing notes of black pepper and bay leaf and a sweet touch of licorice. In the background you can feel the subtle notes of coffee. On the palate it is fresh, slightly dry, but at the same time juicy, with a light body. Very easy to drink.

Telmo Rodríguez is part of the Bodega Lanziego project, which started in 1998 in the town of Lanziego with the aim of returning to its roots. A place with a beautiful landscape and a climate ideal for the production of purely local wine from Rioja. The result is limited production of high quality wines.
