The variety of brutes are:
75% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 5% Cabernet Savignon
The Tempranillo grapes come from vineyards located in the villages of Mucientes (1924), Pedrosa del Rey (1945) and Valbuena de Duero (1945).
The Garnacha grapes come from the same vineyard as Tempranillo from Pedrosa de Rey.
Cabernet Savignon comes from a small village in the valley of Salvueros, located in Mucientes (Valladolid)
The wine matures for 17 months in French oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters.
