A variety of three of the most popular cultivated mushrooms in miniature size, each variety being perfectly recognizable: oyster mushroom, shiitake and nameko. These are not pieces of mushrooms! Frying them in fine olive oil reduces the water content of the mushrooms by 50%, thus intensifying their flavour.
Pickled mushrooms do not require any culinary preparation and are ready to be used in dishes or for direct consumption. They make a great addition to risottos, sauces, meat or try them as an appetizer or tapas.
Contains no preservatives, antioxidants, colourings or additives.
