This quality red wine is made by combining traditional and modern methods that are gentle on nature. The grapes from the Baigorri winery undergo careful selection, are hand-harvested and sorted bunch by bunch, then macerated in steel vats at a controlled temperature. Thanks to the use of a pneumatic press, only the best is extracted from the grapes. Subsequent fermentation and 14 months of ageing in quality French oak barrels guarantee an elegant and unique wine with a velvety flavour, which has won several prestigious awards - 2010 vintage - Gold, "Premios Bacchus". 2011 vintage - Gold, Monde Selection "Concours International des Vins". Gold, CINVE "International Wine & Spirits Contest". 2012 vintage - Gold, "Concours Mondial de Bruxelles". Grape variety:  90% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha and 5% other varieties Appearance: dark cherry colour Aroma: aroma of black and stewed fruit and spice with a long-lasting finish Serve at a temperature of 15 °C.
