The harmony of two terroirs in one bottle
This wine combines the power and elegance of Tempranillo from the limestone soils of Sierra Cantabria with the delicate fruitiness of Garnacha from the iron-rich soils of Alto Najerilla. Thanks to hand-harvesting, separate vinification and ageing in concrete, the wine achieves outstanding purity, freshness and an authentic expression of terroir.

Grape variety: 35% Tempranillo (the highest vineyards in the Samaniego area), 65% Garnacha (the Badarán – Cordovín – Cárdenas triangle)

Ageing: After separate fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a brief maceration, the wine was blended and left to age for 6 months in concrete vessels, which preserved its fruity character and natural freshness.

Vineyard: Tempranillo: limestone soil, whitish colour, mountain terroir, Garnacha: clay-iron soil, red colouring, high iron content), Harvest: hand-picked into 200kg pallets, with careful grape selection at the winery

Tasting notes: The wine is fresh, juicy and elegant. Red fruit (raspberries, strawberries, cherries) dominate, with a touch of violets, white pepper and mineral salinity. The structure is delicate yet firm, with silky tannins and a long, harmonious finish.

Food pairing: Tapas and Mediterranean dishes (Iberian ham, roasted peppers, olives), grilled poultry and lighter meat dishes (chicken supreme, roast lamb), pasta and risotto (with tomato sauce, truffles), softer-textured cheeses (brie, young Manchego)
