This delicious wine is made by combining traditional and modern methods that are gentle on nature. The grapes from the Baigorri winery undergo careful selection, are hand-harvested and sorted bunch by bunch, then macerated in steel vats at a controlled temperature. Thanks to the use of a pneumatic press, only the best is extracted from the grapes. The wine then ages for 14 months in quality French oak barrels. Thanks to this process, the wine is considered unique and tasting it is an unforgettable experience. This wine has won several prestigious awards: 2010 vintage - Silver, AWC Vienna "International Wine Challenge". 2011 vintage - 92 points in "Guía Peñín" Grape variety:  Mazuelo and other varieties Appearance: intense cherry colour Aroma: intense flavour of red fruit with a hint of black olives. Full-bodied, elegant and long-finishing on the palate. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
