The Baigorri winery uses only traditional and modern methods that are gentle on nature. This quality red wine is made from the Tempranillo variety, grown on old, time-tested vineyards with minimal yield. The grapes undergo long maceration in wooden vats at a controlled temperature, and after pressing they are placed in new French oak barrels, where the wine ages for 18 months. The result is a distinctive wine with a unique flavour and colour, which has won several prestigious awards, such as the 2009 vintage - Best Wine of Europe and Spain award, "Japan Wine Challenge". Grape variety:  100% Tempranillo Appearance: a wine of dark cherry colour Aroma: aroma of black and stewed fruit and spice. It leaves an elegant and balanced flavour on the palate with a long-lasting finish. Serve at a temperature of between 16 and 18 °C.
