    Shipping and Delivery of Goods

    Via parcel delivery companies to the entire territory of the Czech Republic excluding Prague
    Price 99 CZK including VAT,
    delivery within 24 hours of the goods being collected from our company,
    working days are counted, not weekends and public holidays.

    Courier Delivery (Prague)

    Price 129 CZK including VAT,
    same-day delivery is guaranteed from the moment the goods are collected from our company.
    Personal pickup of goods can be arranged by phone.

    Delivery Time, Hours and Place of Delivery

    The usual delivery time is within 3 days of the order. Standard delivery hours of parcel companies (delivery outside Prague) are 9:00 AM-6:00 PM on every working day. Delivery within Prague carried out by courier service is also possible outside these stated hours.

    Before delivering the goods, Sabores s.r.o. will contact the customer, and the delivery date will be agreed upon by both parties. The parcel can be sent to any address within the Czech Republic. If delivering to a workplace, the company name must be provided.

    Withdrawal from the Contract/Return of Goods

    In accordance with Sections 53 and 54 of the Civil Code, the buyer (a private individual) has the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. In such a case, please submit a written request for withdrawal from the contract, stating the delivery note number, purchase date, and account number for the refund.

    Returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. The returned goods must always be secured in such a way that the original packaging cannot be taped over, written on, or otherwise damaged during transport (e.g. by using wrapping paper or cardboard). Returned goods cannot be sent back cash on delivery. It is recommended to insure the goods when shipping.

    Upon fulfillment of the above procedure and conditions for returning goods, the money will be sent by postal order or bank transfer to the customer's account no later than 14 working days after physical receipt of the goods.
