The 2023 vintage was marked by an irregular and extreme climate. Although summer was hot and dry, September brought significant rainfall, which slowed the ripening of the grapes and shaped the quality of the resulting harvest.
Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo
Ageing: 9 months in oak barrels
Taste and aroma: This wine has an exceptionally strong aromatic profile with intense notes of red and black fruit, such as cherries and blueberries. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with a rich structure that delights the taste buds. It offers a round, pleasant finish that invites you to savour every sip.
Food pairing: Ideally suited to cheese tapas made from more mature cow's milk cheeses, Iberian charcuterie, rice dishes or pasta. We recommend opening the bottle at least 30 minutes before serving.
