This red wine stands out for its deep aromas of ripe dark fruit, cocoa, tobacco and noble wood. On the palate it is full, concentrated and perfectly structured, with finely matured tannins and a long, elegant finish. An ideal choice with bolder meat dishes or for special occasions when you want to treat yourself to a truly premium experience.
This is a limited edition intended for further ageing, produced only when the vintage promises exceptional potential.
This outstanding, top-quality red wine comes from the D.O. Rioja region and is made from the single Tempranillo variety, which gives it a powerful, full flavour. The wine is made from carefully selected grapes, which are hand-picked and transported in small eight-kilo crates to ensure only the best conditions. Fermentation takes place in wooden vessels for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 30°C. The wine ages for 18 months in new French oak barrels, which give it complexity and finesse. This is key to the long process of evolution in the bottle, where the wine remains for a further 20 months. Only then is it ready for market.

Taste and aroma: Intense cherry colour. It offers a rich, complex aroma combining notes of ripe dark fruit such as plums and blackcurrant, with a hint of spice, cocoa, vanilla and light smoke from the barrel. On the palate the wine is full and velvety smooth, with a beautifully balanced structure and mature tannins. The flavour mirrors the aromatic profile. Dark fruit dominates, complemented by notes of chocolate, coffee and a slightly spicy finish. The aftertaste is long, elegant and gradually develops into subtle woody and mineral nuances.
Food pairing: We recommend serving at a temperature of 18°C; it is advisable to open the bottle 30 minutes before serving. Recommended with roast beef, cheeses or jamón.
