Vinicola Real 200 Monges Gran Reserva from D.O. Rioja is an exceptional red wine, which ages with elegance and nobility.
It offers a deep, complex bouquet with notes of ripe fruit (blackberries and plums), spice and delicate wood, while on the palate it stands out with a full structure, velvety tannins and a long, harmoniously spicy finish.
An ideal choice for festive occasions as well as moments when you want to treat yourself to something truly special, as this vintage is one of the best.
Vinícola Real was created with the idea of a small-production winery specialising in high-quality wines from its own vineyards. Harvesting is done by hand using 15 kg crates to avoid damaging the grapes. The final inspection is very thorough, with each batch of grapes checked individually.

Grape variety: 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% Garnacha
Minimum vine age: 45 years.
Ageing: At least 24 to 30 months in new French and American oak barrels. Approximately 40 months in bottle.
Taste and aroma: Cherry colour with brick-red hues. On the nose, ripe fruit, oak wood, with subtle balsamic nuances in the background. In the mouth it is powerful, very rich and complex. Very well-integrated velvety tannins give the wine elegance. Delicate acidity, warm, with a very persistent and spicy finish.
Food pairing: We recommend serving at a temperature of 18°C; for the best flavour, we recommend decanting 45 minutes before serving. Ideal with red meat and more mature hard cheeses.
