The legendary oenologist Mariano García, after thirty years at the Vega Sicilia winery, founded Bodegas Mauro together with his descendants in 1980. The winery lies in Tudela del Duero, an area located just beyond the border of Ribera del Duero. It is a signature wine of incredible quality.

The wine is perfectly matured and full of lively, evolving tannins. It ages for 20 months in French barrique barrels.
