Vinicola Real, Ondipuerko blanco, D.O. Rioja, white wine, 0.75l

A natural wine coming from an organic winery, with minimal intervention in the vineyards, without pesticides or chemical treatments. The vines are hand-harvested and transported in 15kg crates. Only the best grapes at the optimal point of ripeness are selected. The entire ageing process takes place without the addition of any preservatives or fining agents. There is no filtration, nor any addition of soil or yeasts. The result is a natural wine with a possible presence of sediment.

Grape variety: Viura, Tempranillo Blanco, Maturana Blanca, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc

Taste and aroma: Bodegas Vinicola Real Ondipuerko Blanco is a wonderful blend of floral, spicy and fruity flavours. You'll notice notes of cedar, toast and orange blossom. These are well integrated with quince, melon, apricot, peach and a pronounced salty edge. Overall this is a wine with a pleasant structure and body.

Food pairing: Ondipuerko Blanco is an ideal companion for light, refreshing dishes. It pairs wonderfully with delicate cheeses, seafood such as oysters, and also light poultry dishes. Its fresh flavour also highlights salads or cream-based pasta. As a sweet finishing touch you might choose fruity desserts, to maintain the balance between the wine's delicate notes and the sweetness of the dish. We recommend serving at a temperature of 9°C-11°C.
