Vinicola Real 200 Monges Reserva Blanco from the prestigious D.O. Rioja region is an elegant white wine with a distinctive character.
Golden colour and an aroma of oak wood with white fruit capture the essence of old vineyards from the Rioja region. The palate is dominated by oak, spiced apple and almond skins. Notes of peanuts, dried apricots and ripe fruit ensure a wonderful finish.
The wine captures the essence of old vineyards from the Rioja region. The vines are treated without the use of systemic products, fertilised organically, harvested with low yields, where only the best grapes are selected at the optimal time of ripeness. The crushed grapes are placed in wooden vats, from which the must is drawn off after 48 hours. The wine is then left to age on its own lees.

Taste and aroma: At first glance the wine is golden with darker tinges, which indicates that it is strong and complex with delicate spicy notes. Notes of peanuts, dried apricots and ripe fruit ensure a wonderful finish. A distinct floral, fruity aroma with delicate nuances of aromatic herbs. On the palate oak and spice predominate.
Food pairing: We recommend serving at a temperature of 9-12°C. A glass of this premium Reserva Blanco wine goes well with, for example, cheese tapas in the form of matured sheep's cheeses such as Manchego Añejo, Pata de Mulo and Zamorano. Grilled fish with vegetables is also a dish that highlights the unique character of this wine.
