This excellent red wine is the result of a careful selection of the finest grapes, thanks to which it has won countless international awards. Enjoy a glass full of ripe fruit, subtle spice and hints of wood gained during ageing in barrels. On the palate it feels balanced, with a pleasant structure and polished tannins, while a long, refined aftertaste underlines its overall elegance. It pairs wonderfully with meat dishes or for calm enjoyment on special occasions.
The vineyards where this wine is grown cover only around 10 ha and the average age of the vines is 45 years. After a careful selection of the finest grapes, they are mechanically pressed and then placed in wooden vats for fermentation for 11 days at a controlled temperature of between 24-28°C. They are then left to age.

Ageing: 36 months in barrique barrels and 18 months in the bottle.

Taste and aroma: Intense cherry colour. Aroma of red fruit and black berries with notes of vanilla, eucalyptus and coffee. Silky, understated and balanced on the palate. Elegant fruit notes give the wine a pleasant freshness. In an open or decanted glass, it displays great complexity of aroma and flavour.
Food pairing: We recommend serving at a temperature of between 16 °C and 18 °C; for better flavour we recommend decanting 45 minutes before serving. Suitable with rice dishes with meat, roast meat, game and mature cheeses.
