PradoRey, Elite, D.O. Ribera de Duero, red wine, 0.75l

This outstanding wine of intense cherry colour with garnet hues is made from the Elite clone of the Tinto Fino variety. The vines are grown on just one vineyard with a very small yield, which gives this wine its uniqueness. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a long maceration, the wine ages for 12 months in an American oak barrel, 6 months in a barrel of special French oak, and then ages for 10-12 months in bottle. It is produced only in very productive years, and only 25,000 bottles reach the market. It is characterised by a very complex aroma; decanting reveals aromas of fruit compote, minerals and smoke. The taste is round, with pleasant tannins. Grape variety: Elite - Tinto Fino clone. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 15°C and decanting it an hour before drinking.
