Sara Pérez and René Barbier are among the top Spanish winemakers, and their Partida Pedrer represents the unique terroir of Priorat. This red wine is made with maximum respect for nature and traditional organic production, perfectly reflecting the character and power of the region.

Grape variety: Garnacha, often supplemented with Cariñena

Vineyard: The vineyard is located on the steep slopes of Priorat, with the characteristic slate soil known as llicorella, which is rich in minerals. The orientation of the vineyards and organic cultivation without chemicals, with hand harvesting, gives the wine a unique minerality and depth.

Production and ageing: The wine is made in the traditional way with controlled fermentation and long maceration, which ensures full extraction of aromas and tannins. Subsequent ageing takes place over 12 to 18 months in French oak barriques, where the wine gains structure and delicate notes of vanilla and spice.

Taste and aroma: The wine has a deep ruby colour and a rich aroma of red and black fruit, such as plum, cherry and blackberry, complemented by mineral undertones, a touch of herbs and delicate spicy nuances from the oak. On the palate it is full, with a firm yet elegant structure and a long, harmonious finish.

Food pairing: Ideal with dishes of red meat, game, mature cheeses or grilled specialities. The recommended serving temperature is 16–18 °C.
