The history of this wine goes back to the founder, Javier Cremades de Adaro, born in 1924. After a long and tireless search, he found on this historic estate, where centuries of history had accumulated, the ideal place to grow vines and build the PRADOREY winery, in one of the best and highest-situated areas of Ribera del Duero.

Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo

Ageing: 15 months in European oak barrels and 3 months in Nevers oak barrels

Taste and aroma: A cherry-coloured wine with hints of blue-violet and brilliant highlights. The aroma of this wine is very intense. We notice a clear scent of red fruit with touches of vanilla and liquorice. Elegant, flavourful and fresh. It combines ripe fruit with velvety tannin, giving a very pleasant feel in the mouth and a very elegant, long finish.

Food pairing We recommend serving at a temperature of 16°C. Suitable for red meats, roasts, charcuterie and grilled fish.
