An outstanding wine of ruby colour with golden hues, made from the Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. It ages for 24 months in American oak barrels and a further minimum of 4 months in French oak barrels. The entire production process ends after 1 year of ageing in bottle. The wine thus offers a brilliant ruby colour, and on the nose evokes ripe fruit and compote complemented by smoky and mineral notes. It has a full, velvety taste and pronounced tannins. The American wine critic Robert Parker awarded it 91 points.
Grape variety: 95% Tinto Fino, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 17 °C; it pairs best with braised meats, jamón, mature cheeses and creative cuisine dishes.
