PradoRey Blanco came about as the return of white wine to Ribera. 10 hectares of white varieties were planted. Their cellars are equipped with the finest oak barrels. The result is a delicate, elegant and fresh wine with notes of ripe stone fruit.

Grape variety: 84% Verdejo, 12% Albariňo, 4% Viognier
Ageing: 5 months in concrete tanks and 5 months in barrels of American and French oak
Taste and aroma: A dark straw-yellow colour. Notes of ripe stone fruit, fruit and balsamic in the foreground. A delicate, silky flavour with a truly gentle acidity beautifully integrated into a pleasantly fruity finish.
Food pairing: This wine pairs well with fattier white fish such as bream, hake or perch cooked in butter. It's also ideal paired with fattier poultry such as Peking duck, medium-aged sheep's cheeses such as Pata de mulo, Manchego curado, or the cow's milk cheese Custodio. You can't go wrong with cream-based pasta either.
We recommend consuming at a temperature of 8-10°C.
