Taste and aroma: This is a wine we have always dreamed of. It has a unique complexity with notes of black fruit blending with delicate hints of violet. Firm-bodied and well structured, it has a long finish, silky and warm on the palate. Fresh acidity, almost crystal clear, very well integrated, giving the wine great ageing potential.
Food pairing: A glass is best enjoyed with red meat, grilled dishes or spicy seasoned food. We recommend decanting before serving and serving at a temperature between 15-18°C.
