The vintage is characterised by a dry climate with low rainfall. However, thanks to its water reserves, the result of heavy rains the previous year, the vineyard was able to withstand the weather conditions of this cycle. As a result, we get a wine of unique quality.
Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo
Ageing: 24 months in French oak
Taste and aroma: Intense garnet colour. The aroma of spiced black fruit blends with leather and coffee notes. Complex flavour with notes of plum, cherry, cedar wood and smoke. A long, meaty and elegant finish.
Food pairing: This wine goes wonderfully with dark meat, game, cheeses and stewed dishes. We recommend decanting before serving.
