The wine comes from the Villabuena del Puente vineyards, with a very low yield. The harvest is done by hand, as is the subsequent selection of berries. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, ageing then in French oak barrels for 12 months.
An outstanding wine with a full cherry colour and an aroma of liquorice, roasted coffee, aniseed and dark forest fruit jam. On the palate it is sweeter, with well-balanced acidity and tannin. A very lively wine.
Grape variety: 100% Tinta de Toro
Serve at a temperature of 16 °C. Suitable with stewed meat, roasts, lamb and red meat, game and semi-matured cheeses.
