Las Moradas La Sabina red wine, from D.O. Madrid, is made from a single variety, Garnacha. The wine has a dark ruby colour. A pleasant aroma typical of the Garnacha variety - leather, liquorice, fennel and plums. The wine has a full, expressive and earthy taste with a hint of balsamic, chocolate and pepper. The tannins are not especially pronounced and the finish is pleasantly warming.

Las Moradas La Sabina red wine, from D.O. Madrid, is made from a single variety, Garnacha. The wine has a dark ruby colour. A pleasant aroma typical of the Garnacha variety - leather, liquorice, fennel and plums. The wine has a full, expressive and earthy taste with a hint of balsamic, chocolate and pepper. The tannins are not especially pronounced and the finish is pleasantly warming. A light minerality comes from the granite soil of the vineyards, which are more than 60 years old. Ageing takes place in French oak barrels for 14 months.
We recommend letting it breathe and serving at a temperature of 15-17°C. It ideally complements beef steaks.
