The young PradoRey Roble wine comes from the winery of the same name and the Ribera del Duero region. It is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tinto Fino varieties, grown at an altitude of 800 m above sea level. The ageing process is fairly short - after 3 months in American oak barrels it ages for 1 month in a French oak barrel and then for 5 months in bottle. The result is a delicious wine of intense red colour, offering a subtle aroma of flowers and fruit with light notes of vanilla, and a round, soft taste with fine tannins.
Grape variety: 95% Tinto Fino, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C. It pairs beautifully with red meat, game and a good roast.
