A natural vermouth made from Picapoll Negre, produced as a white vermouth and aged for 12 months in French oak. The wine was macerated for 1 month with citrus fruits such as orange and grapefruit, sweet spices such as clove and cardamom, and aromatic plants from an organic farm, such as thyme and rosemary.
The vermouth has an unfiltered amber colour. On the nose we find complexity, a combination of citrus, sweet spice and aromatic herbs, with a pronounced orange peel that makes it an elegant and complex vermouth. On the palate it is balanced, with a pleasant onset, where a bitter element and a soft sweetness are both present.
This vermouth is best enjoyed on its own, with soda or tonic, or as part of cocktails.
