An Andalusian vermouth made from the Pedro Ximénez variety, with a beautiful amber-gold colour. A pleasant aroma of elderflower, turmeric and hints of citrus orange. The flavour is very wine-like, with tones of vanilla, cinnamon and wood. Signs of ageing bring out a flavour of bitter almonds. A slightly sweet taste.
We recommend serving it at a temperature between 10 and 12°C, ideally with ice and a slice of orange, but don't be afraid to experiment and mix it into different cocktails.
This vermouth pairs wonderfully with seafood, olives or tapas of all kinds.
