Petit Bernart is a delicate red wine made from several grape varieties that are harvested and selected by hand. This is followed by fermentation for 21 days and 12-day maceration. The wine then ages in French oak barrels for 3 months.
It is characterised by an intense aroma with notes of red fruit against a backdrop of fresh cakes and pastries. On the surface it boasts a sweet and smoky aroma, while inside it is spicy with balsamic notes that add depth. The woody aroma is elegantly integrated. The taste is sweet and balanced with sweet tannins.
Grape variety: 40% Syrah, 25% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 10% Picapoll Negre, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
