This vermouth was inspired by the desire to create a vermouth enriched with Mediterranean citrus aromas. Vermouth Blanco Reserva is a blend of aromatic herbs infused with the peel of several different citrus fruits, macerated for several months, after which an old white Mistela (sweet wine), kept exclusively for this vermouth, is added.
It is light, pleasant, with excellent aromatics, sweet herbs, gentian, star anise, lemon, quinine and angelica; balanced, complex and smooth. Sweetness and bitterness are perceived with a refined, citrusy final note that gives it freshness and a wonderful finish, making it very pleasant.
Served cold with ice and orange peel.
