The Celestina selected vintage is a vision of what a Ribera del Duero Reserva should look like, in line with the "coupage" production philosophy between Soria grapes, which provide freshness and balsamic notes, and Burgos Ribera del Duero grapes, which provide structure, smoothness and the aroma of riper fruit. Designation of origin Ribera del Duero Tasting note After a long time ageing in the bottle, it is somewhat shy and needs a moment before the intensity and depth of its aroma begins to show, so we recommend decanting. On the nose, complex notes of ripe black fruit with sweet spice and aromatic shrubby herbs. On the palate it is powerful, full-bodied, but with a freshness that gives it balance. Food pairing White meat, roast lamb or kid especially, tripe and mushrooms, rice dishes, particularly those containing meat, such as rabbit paella, black pudding and any dish flavoured with black truffles.
