Elegance and freshness from Alto Najerilla
This wine comes from old bush vineyards in the Alto Najerilla area, where the freshness and fruitiness of Garnacha combine with the depth and structure of Tempranillo. Thanks to long ageing in oak barrels and bottle maturation, it gains a complex character with delicate tannins and a pronounced mineral expression.

Grape variety: 60% Tempranillo, 40% Garnacha

Ageing: The wine aged for 24 months in French oak barrels (225 l, second and third use), then a further 12 months in the bottle, giving it elegance, finesse and a harmonious structure.

Vineyard: Location: Triangle of Cordovín – Badarán – Cárdenas, Altitude: 600–710 m, Soil: Clay-ferrous, fertile, with good water-retention capacity, Harvest: Hand-picked into 200 kg pallet bins, careful grape selection

Tasting notes: The wine is balanced, elegant and deep. On the palate, notes of red fruit (raspberries, cherries, pomegranate), delicate spice, liquorice and mineral freshness dominate. Thanks to barrel ageing, velvety tannins, notes of tobacco and vanilla develop, while the long finish remains fresh and harmonious.

Food pairing: Grilled red meat (beef steak, lamb chops), Braised dishes (beef cheeks, lamb ragout), Mediterranean specialities (ratatouille, roasted peppers, Iberian ham), Cheeses with longer ageing (Manchego Curado, Pecorino)
