This unique wine comes from old bush vines in the Alto Najerilla area. Thanks to its high altitude and northern exposure, it retains remarkable freshness and elegance, while traditional winemaking methods underline its terroir character.

Grape variety: 100% Garnacha from vineyards more than 650 m high in the village of Badarán (Alto Najerilla).

Ageing: The wine underwent malolactic fermentation – 65% in French oak barrels, 35% in a concrete egg, which gives it a delicate structure and mineral depth.

Vineyard: Soil: clay-iron, with a characteristic red colouring, Exposure: northern orientation, altitude 650 m

• Harvest: hand-picked into 200kg crates, with careful grape selection at the winery

Tasting notes: The wine is harmonious, fresh and medium-bodied, with delicate tannins and a balanced acidity. Red fruit (raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate), violets and Mediterranean herbs dominate the palate, complemented by mineral and spicy nuances. A long, elegant finish is underlined by a subtle salinity and a touch of cocoa.
