This wine comes from bush vines more than 90 years old, grown on the steep slopes of Ollauri. Thanks to its unique terroir and traditional production methods, it offers a distinctive combination of depth, structure and elegance.

Grape variety: 80% Tempranillo, 12% Graciano, 3% Carignan, 5% Garnacha

Ageing: After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation took place, followed by ageing in French oak barrels, which gives the wine a subtle spiciness and elegance

Vineyard: The grapes come from vineyards in Ollauri, specifically from the "Las Laderas" and "Calitrancos" areas. The age of the vines is over 90 years, the soil has a limestone base with a pebbly surface in "Las Laderas" and a sandier structure in "Calitrancos". Hand-harvested into small 15kg crates, with grape selection at the winery

Tasting notes: A full-bodied, structured wine with rich tannins and excellent depth. Dark fruit (blackberries, cherries), violets, spice and subtle mineral notes dominate. Elegant ageing in oak barrels adds gentle touches of cocoa, coffee and vanilla.

Food pairing: Red meats (beef steak, lamb chops), long-braised dishes (wild boar ragù, beef cheeks), selected cheeses (aged Manchego, Pecorino), spiced dishes (stews with paprika and herbs)
