A fresh wine characterised by an elegance that skilfully combines the fruity flavour of ripe fruits (pear, banana, pineapple, mango, lychee) with tones of wood gained from ageing in barrique barrels. The finish is longer and elegant.
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small 15kg crates, which ensure they arrive for further processing in ideal condition. Before fermentation the grapes are destemmed and pressed without the use of a press, and then macerated at a temperature of 8-10°C. After fermentation begins, the wine is moved to barrique barrels, where it ages and undergoes bâtonnage for 45 days. After 4 months of ageing the wine is ready for the market.

Grape variety: 70% Viura, 20% Malvasia and 10% Garnacha

Taste and aroma: An elegant aroma of fruit and flowers and spices such as thyme, chamomile and bay leaf. In the mouth the wine is beautifully structured, pleasantly sweetish with a fresh and long finish.

Food pairing: An ideal companion to rice, grilled fish, cheeses and white meat. Its fresh flavour also complements salads or pasta with a creamy base. As a sweet finishing touch you can choose fruit desserts, to keep the balance between the delicate tones of the wine and the sweetness of the dish. We recommend serving at a temperature of 9°C-11°C.
