A young cuvée with a fresh taste of ripe pineapple, with accents of unripe fruit and citrus, yet not lacking in complexity and a long finish. It goes wonderfully with any seafood, especially prawns, octopus and cuttlefish, but also with soft and piquant cheeses or a handful of almonds.

The Godello for this cuvée comes from several plots of 75-80 year old vineyards planted on slate, sandy and granite soils. Before bottling it undergoes wild fermentation in stainless steel vats, where it then ages for a further 6 months using the sur lie method.
The flavour of the wine has a characteristic taste of ripe pineapple, but accents of early stone fruit, lemon and lime pulp, crushed shells and a captivating note of bay leaf give the wine remarkable complexity. Fresh acidity gives it drive and a tingly, delicious finish that beautifully sustains the flavour.
It goes wonderfully with any seafood, especially prawns, octopus and cuttlefish, but also with soft and piquant cheeses or a handful of almonds.
We recommend serving chilled to 8-10°C.
