This excellent wine is regarded as the best rosé wine in Spain, if not the world. Those who dare to try it never drink anything else again. It is made from Merlot and Tempranillo grapes, grown on vineyards at 800 m above sea level. The harvest is done by hand, it ages for 3 months in barrique barrels and then matures for a further 2 months in the bottle.
A delicate wine of clear, pale raspberry colour with an aroma of red fruit complemented by notes of vanilla and balsamic. A creamy flavour full of red fruit. A long finish.
Grape variety: 50% Merlot, 50% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino)
Serve at a temperature between 8-10 °C. Suitable for light dishes, risotto and desserts.
