Gramona, Ca la Mar Mustillant Rose, D.O.Penedes, rosé semi-sparkling wine, 0.75l

The dry, semi-sparkling rosé wine Gramona Ca La Mar, from the D.O. Penedès wine region, is made from Merlot, Syrah, Grenache and Carignan grapes. The wine offers an aroma of ripe red fruit with a delicate hint of fennel. Combined with fine bubbles, the wine is very fresh and light. Pairs wonderfully with starters, rice dishes, grilled white meats and all types of pasta. Maceration ensures maximum aromatic potential and the wine's characteristic pink colour. The grapes ferment at a low temperature. Only free-run juice from gentle pressing is used. It is during the second fermentation that the fine bubbles are created. The grapes come from vineyards certified by the CCPAE seal (Consell Català de la Producció Agrària i Ecològica), which guarantees that the quality and health of the grapes are achieved through entirely natural growing methods. The winery uses sustainable practices, including reducing the weight of their packaging, which in turn reduces their carbon footprint during transport, and using renewable energy such as solar power. All this helps preserve a rich and diverse ecosystem, which benefits the environment, and therefore the grapes used to make the wines. Ca La Mar has 4 kinds of original labels, which are chromatically linked to one another. We are the direct importer of this product to the Czech Republic.
