A light, fruity wine from the La Rioja region, made by the Sierra Cantabria winery. The grapes grow in vineyards in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and are hand-picked and sorted. They are macerated for 4 days and the must is then fermented at a temperature of 16 °C. The result is a fruity wine with an aroma of red berries, with a hint of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and pomegranate.
Grape variety: Tempranillo (20%), Garnacha (50%), Viura (30%)
Alcohol content: 13%
Serve at a temperature of 6-8 °C. We recommend serving with rice and meat dishes, paella or risotto.
