But don't be fooled - this is a quality organic wine made with the love and care typical of the family-run Moraza winery. The Tempranillo grapes are pressed immediately after hand-picking, followed by spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks. The resulting wine is neither filtered nor fined before being bottled. Rosé has a beautiful sparkling colour, and on the palate you will find notes of fresh red berries, tart cherries and wild herbs.  This wine is perfect for hot summer days and get-togethers with friends. But it also pairs perfectly with fish, seafood and exotic, spicy dishes. Unlike many modern Riojas, which are adapted to the international market, Bodegas Moraza uses purely traditional methods, giving it a fresh, less oaky wine with authentic characteristics. Instead of blending grapes from different vineyards to achieve the familiar taste of conventional Rioja, these wines are the result of the complexity of the terroir.
