Moraza 4 Caminos Tempranillo red, dry wine, from the D.O. Rioja region, is made from the Tempranillo variety. The 35-year-old vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 530 metres. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its freshness and fruitiness and makes it very easy to drink. The wine is very light, yet beautifully balanced. Aroma of redcurrant, sour cherry, plums, vanilla and chocolate. A very juicy, fruity taste, lightly mineral, with a higher tannin content and balanced acidity. We recommend serving at a temperature of 16-18°C. Decanting time approximately 1 hour. Bodegas Moraza - a smaller family winery from Spain's best-known region, Rioja, for which making a heavily barrel-aged wine is not the priority; instead it has chosen a more alternative path. They look for a way to authentically reflect the local terroir and the character of the typical varieties in their wines. Their wine differs from "commercial" wineries mainly in spontaneous fermentation and ageing in concrete tanks instead of classic oak barrels. The wines retain their freshness and are more drinkable and fruity.
