Grape variety:
The wine is a cuvée composed of approximately 69% Tempranillo, 18% Syrah and 13% Merlot, which together give this rosé a rich fruity character, a fine structure and freshness.

Vineyard:
The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards in the area of Serranía de Ronda (D.O. Sierras de Málaga), planted at altitudes of around 900 m above sea level on clay-limestone soils. The continental-Mediterranean climate, with pronounced day-night differences, supports slow ripening of the grapes and preservation of aromatic intensity.

Production and ageing:
The Tempranillo, Syrah and Merlot grapes are harvested by hand in the vineyards of Serranía de Ronda and carefully sorted. This is followed by a short skin contact for the delicate pink colour and fermentation at a low temperature. The Rosado does not undergo the typical ageing in oak barrels as some red wines do; instead it ages in large concrete or stainless steel tanks without contact with wood. The wine then ages for approximately 4 months before being bottled.

Aroma and taste:
The nose is distinctly fruity, with notes of red fruit such as strawberries and raspberries, complemented by delicate floral and herbal nuances. On the palate the wine is fresh, juicy and well balanced, with a pleasant acidity, a light to medium body and fine tannins. Overall it comes across as harmonious, fruity and elegant, with an emphasis on purity and approachability.

Food pairing:
Thanks to its freshness and light character the wine pairs excellently with salads, grilled seafood, fish, tapas or light cheeses and also makes a pleasant aperitif. An easy-drinking wine, which we recommend serving chilled at around 6-8 °C.
