Argent Rosé Brut is made from two varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which give it very elegant fruity tones (wild strawberries, blueberries and redcurrants) and a delicate floral scent of roses and violets. The flavour is complex with citrus freshness and herbal tones of fennel. All of this is underpinned by pleasant bubbles.  Cava Argent Rosé is made according to the traditional Champenoise method, whereby the first fermentation takes place in barrels of French oak, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle, with the bottles turned by hand. The total ageing period is over 36 months with a cork closure. The vines come from vineyards more than 20 years old. The winery takes the environment into consideration, and the Cava can therefore be classed among organic and biodynamic wines.  Food pairing Cava Argent Rosé pairs wonderfully with Asian cuisine and will generally be an ideal accompaniment to all lighter starters. We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C. The Gramona winery is a very old family business, whose Cava is highly regarded by experts and recognised in Spain as the Rolls Royce among Cavas.
