Gramona Brut Reserva is made from the varieties Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay and Parellada. This Cava has a full aroma, fresh with citrus, especially grapefruit. There is a great balance between notes of freshly baked bread and delicate citrus peel aromas. The flavour has a broad spectrum of fruit tones, with hints of aniseed and fennel. Gramona Brut Reserva is made from hand-picked grapes from vineyards more than 30 years old. The total ageing time is over 60 months, and the bottles are sealed with a cork stopper. The winery is environmentally conscious, and this Cava can be classed among organic and biodynamic wines. Food pairing Gramona Brut Reserva is very versatile and is wonderful as an aperitif, with seafood or with tapas. We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C. The Gramona winery is a very old family business, whose Cava is highly valued by connoisseurs and recognised in Spain as the Rolls Royce of Cava.
