Recaredo INTENS Rosat embodies an amazing intensity of colour, achieved thanks to quality grapes from the Mediterranean. This rosé cava is a very dry, lively and enticing sparkling wine. Recaredo INTENS Rosat is a very dry brut, natural and without added sugar. We recommend serving INTENS Rosat at around 8-10°C. 41% Monastrell 41% Pinot 18% Garnacha Recaredo cavas are made exclusively from grapes from the winery's own vineyards, located on the banks of the Bitlles river, in the Alt Penedès region near Barcelona. The vines grow in highly calcareous soils. The Recaredo winery is subject to biodynamic farming, which involves using only organic fertilisers and principles of an ethical approach towards farmed animals, environmental protection, and the maintenance of biodiversity.
