Gramona, Pinot Noir, D.O.Penedés, Cava, rosé sparkling wine, 0.75l

Gramona Pinot Noir Rosé Brut is made from the Pinot Noir variety, which gives it very intense notes of red fruit (wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and redcurrants). The flavour is intense with a light freshness of Mediterranean herbs (lavender, thyme). A slightly bitter note lengthens the finish. All of this is underpinned by very lively and crisp bubbles.  Cava Gramona Pinot Noir Rosé is made from hand-picked grapes. The total ageing period is over 30 months with a cork closure. The vines come from vineyards more than 20 years old. The winery takes the environment into consideration, and the Cava can therefore be classed among organic and biodynamic wines. Food pairing Gramona Pinot Noir Rosé will be ideal as an aperitif and will pair wonderfully with tapas, especially with ham. Its structure also allows the cava to be paired with soups and stews - escudella, fabada, lentil stew, gazpacho, suquet, paellas. We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C.
